The annual Bassenthwaite Duck Race will take place on Wednesday 27th May at 5.30pm at the beck side. Entry £2 per duck - pay on the day. A fantastic and fun fund raising event for all the family, everyone welcome. Refreshments available. All proceeds to go to the Parish Room Refurbishment fund.

Bassenthwaite's new Drop In, Pop In is proving to be very popular with the locals. Held at Bassenthwaite Parish Room every other Tuesday from 10am to 2pm you are welcome to pop in for a cuppa and a chat, for a knit and a natter or you might want to drop in for longer and bring and share lunch or join in with one of the workshops or craft sessions.
